Having undertaken property searches in France, we identified a need to simplify the process for prospective purchasers, using our expertise in the French market-place and our knowledge of the language to provide access to the widest range of properties on the market.
Our own purchase process resulted in us viewing numerous properties that did not truly meet the criteria we had, in particular we found that when an area is given as the location of the property, it can often be many kilometres from where you are expecting. This meant we spent a lot of time on the road looking at places that ultimately were not of interest to us. We also found when searching from abroad that it was always the same sites that came up with a limited number of properties compared to what we now know could have been considered as options. We also know that you can source properties not only from estate agents but from numerous other places when you are on the ground doing what we do on a daily basis. We want to take away that uncertainty and those restrictions so you only visit places that are truly a potential match.
Our ethos is to find the best home for you and that is why we are not tied to any estate agents or other parties, we work independently to identify the property that best matches your needs, whether it be a primary residence or holiday home, from full renovation to turn-key.

JO CARRE
Jo’s career has been in governance, risk and compliance in a private wealth management background. Jo has qualifications in both administration of wealth management structures and compliance, as well as a law degree, and has a career spanning over 20 years in this sector.
She therefore understands the importance of independence and integrity as part of the house buying process. At the same time, Jo has always had a passion for property, having bought and renovated her first house aged 18 and then moved onto further properties, including in both the UK and France. Jo has undertaken a number of projects in France and is fully conversant with all aspects of property acquisition, including analysis of suitability, the legal process at purchase and the practical administration side when taking ownership and beyond. Jo is bilingual, both written and spoken, French and English, therefore can assist at all stages of the property purchase process with an independent perspective.
Alison Rogivue
Alison has lived and worked in France for over 20 years and has spent a large proportion of that time in property management in the Cote D´Azur.
Alison has excellent first-hand experience of life in the area, as well as the challenges of property hunting in the region and therefore is well placed to guide clients on their own property hunting journey. Alison is based in the South of France.
Mel Carre
Mel has lived in France for five years and in that time has renovated one property and started on a second.
She has experience in navigating the property market as well as understanding of the purchase process. Mel assists in identification of suitable properties for clients, be that for rental or purchase. Mel is based in Nouvelle Aquitaine.
